I believe every body is capable and deserving of healing and the empowerment that follows. There is no identical path to wellness, and I am dedicated to holding space and helping others in their journey. Since expanding awareness and connection with my own body I have become an advocate for receiving bodywork as a tool for emotional, spiritual, and physical wellness.
It is my greatest intention to empower my clients to recognize patterns in their body, relieve pain, and reduce symptoms of stress in their lives.
